Cameron Ritchie joins the
business as an Underwriter with additional responsibility for data quality, an
increasingly important area as it prepares the ground for new funding
arrangements. He is a graduate of the University of Bath and also holds a
master’s degree in Marketing from the University of Birmingham.
Sofia Dantas joins as Aspen’s
first dedicated Marketing recruit through the GRS scheme, where she will work
to formalise and develop the company’s marketing activities to further bolster Aspen’s
brand recognition. She attained a first-class honours degree in Psychology from
the University of Warwick.
Daniel Moore, who achieved a
2:1 in Economics at University of Bristol and has just completed a masters in Project
Management at Aston University, and Harvir Singh, who has a first class honours
degree in Mathematics from The University of Manchester, both join as Trainee
Credit Analysts.
As members of Aspen's in-house
valuations function they will acquire RICS accreditations in residential and
commercial valuation methodology.
The appointments bring Aspen’s
GRS intake to 26 in total and reflect the company’s commitment to bringing
ambitious, high-calibre individuals into the business. Many have progressed to hold
influential leadership positions including Saif Khalique, who was recently promoted
to Director of Underwriting.
